How long will my letter take to arrive?

All letters are shipped via USPS First-Class mail, which means no tracking. For mail sent within the United States, that usually takes 1-5 business days. For mail sent internationally, the average is 7-21 business days. If you feel your letter has disappeared into the ether, please email me! theacornquillsociety@gmail.com

When is the cut off to sign up every month?

Sign up by the 18th to get a letter at the end of the month. I mail letters by the 26th of the month.

What if I need to change my address?

You can change your address in the customer portal or by clicking Manage Subscription. Send me an email if you have any issues! theacornquillsociety@gmail.com

Why do you say the letter is handwritten when it's clearly typed? 👀

While I wish I could handwrite every letter, no one wants that. My hand would cramp, and let's real, you wouldn't be able to read my writing. It's... interesting. But this letter is coming right from fingertips. I sign and stamp every one with care.

How do I cancel my subscription?
